A sense of history ...

The Riverview Inn was first licensed in 1842, making it one of the oldest hotels in Tasmania.

In the 1800s, the tavern serviced workers from the local whaling station. In the 1900s it was a popular stop for truckers transporting apples from the Huon Valley to the export harbour at Hobart.

There is hardly a place in Tasmania with a greater sense of history than The Riverview Inn.
